Just like the real ASVAB, calculators are not permitted during this test. You may use scratch paper for calculations.
Independent Practice Diagnostic
This short diagnostic identifies study priorities. It is not an official ASVAB, an official AFQT predictor, or a guarantee of any official score.
How This Test Works
- You must answer every question before you can move to the next one — just like the real computer-based ASVAB.
- Each section has its own timer. When a section's time runs out, the test automatically moves to the next section.
- You can't return to a finished section. Within the current section you can revisit questions you've already answered.
- Unanswered questions count as wrong if time runs out.
- If you switch to another tab, the timer pauses — you won't be penalized for interruptions.
- Your results appear immediately after the test. You don't need an account, but if you log in first your results are saved to your dashboard.
- No timer, no pressure. Tutor mode is untimed practice.
- You get instant feedback and an explanation after every answer.
- You can move freely between all questions.
- Tutor sessions don't produce an AFQT estimate — take a timed test for that.
