What a 3F0X1 Does
Human Resources and Administration Airmen process personnel actions for their units, such as assignments, promotions, records, awards, and official correspondence. They also answer customer service questions for Airmen and families and manage administrative programs for commanders. Strong organization, accuracy, and communication skills matter most.
