What a 3E7X1 Does
Fire Protection Airmen are the Air Force firefighters. They respond to aircraft crashes, building fires, medical calls, and hazardous material spills, and they also handle rescue and fire prevention work. Training covers firefighting, rescue, and emergency medical skills, and the job requires good fitness and comfort with heat, heights, and tight spaces.

MAGE scores are percentiles: a G of 55 means you scored as well as or better than 55 percent of the reference group. Some jobs also use the TAPAS personality test or the Predictive Success Model (PSM), which are given separately.
